Dear George,
I wanted to express to you my appreciation and thanks
for the Xvest. I was four weeks out from competing
at the NPC Nationals Competition in Dallas, Texas,
last week when I started using the Xvest to increase
my cardiovascular work product. I began by using
the Xvest on the treadmill and stair master during
my two-a-day cardio sessions. I instantly noticed
the substantive increase in my total energy expenditure.
I felt it too. Then I integrated the Xvest (with
10% of my body weight) into my sprint work. Wow!
What a challenge! What a difference!
After experiencing great results in leaning out
with the use of the Xvest I started to wonder how
else I could incorporate it to achieve even more
dramatic results. It wasn’t long before I talked
some friends into running the stadium steps at the
Orange Bowl. Yes, you guessed it I’m sure,
I wore the Xvest (with 10% of my bodyweight) and
ran up and down the stadium steps from one side to
the other then sprinted to the water bottle. It trashed
me totally. It was phenomenal! So I’ve added
the Xvest and stadium steps to my training regimen.
I expect to be ripped to shreds by November 23rd
for the competition in Dallas. I’ll send some
stadium pictures of me before and after the runs
for your amusement.
I can’t say enough about the benefits of the
Xvest. After the competition I plan to incorporate
it into a host of other activities but first things
first – the competition. Thanks again.
