Soccer
takes a very well conditioned athlete because you
play long 45-minute periods. The Xvest™ can be used in your conditioning drills,
distance running, frog jumps and bounding exercises.
We can improve your striking abilities by taking the
weighted Xvest™,
based on your body weight and conditioning level and
have you repeatedly go though striking the soccer
ball. You can practice your distance running through
conditioning exercises, set up corner kicks with heading
exercises to improve your vertical jumping ability
and also set up barrier drills with players wearing
the Xvest™
and dribble in and out of cones. By doing this, you
condition the body to think that it is heavier than
it is, and when the Xvest™
is taken off, you will find that you can be faster
and make the cut more easily around your opponent.
