Boxing
as it pertains to the Xvest.
In Boxing you must have endurance and hand speed;
you have to be able to stand on your toes and duck
and move and punch at multiple angles. The Xvest can be incorporated into your shadow boxing,
your roadwork, hand speed and quick hand drills. The
Xvest incorporates a D-ring attached in the
front and back, creating resistance for your upper
body and handwork. When you condition your body with
this heavier weight, once you take it off and do your
sparing, you'll find that you'll be quicker. Your
hands will be quicker, your legs and feet will feel
lighter, you'll be able to move around the ring better
and your conditioning will be at a higher level.
